He assist me with a fast response with making sure I have insurance when I fail to pay on time.
I enjoy talking with him cause he has a pleasant demeanor and delightful conversation.

Paul has been my insurance agent going on 12 years and when I say customer service with excellence and 5 star service, I MEAN IT! He is very thorough, helpful and always gets the job done. It is a pleasure to do business with Paul. I thoroughly trust him!

You read the last name correctly. Yes, I am biased. Mr. Parten is so honest that since I have known him, he has suggested I leave my insurance where I had it because it was a better deal. However, as of today, he helped me switch because he found me a company that is saving me a lot each month! He has multiple companies he works with and he does the searching so you dont have to. I occasionally help him at the office and I am amazed at his relationships with his clients. Many are two and sometimes three generations! Over 30 years in the insurance business! Hes honest, extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend Parten Insurance!

I've been across so many insurance agents that claim to look out for you and they claim to do their best. Whether that may be true or not, I've always felt like i was the issue for having high insurance. Now i know I've just been dealt or chose very inexperienced and ignorant insurance agents. Until i came across Parten Insurance Agency. This man is the best agent I've ever had and probably will only ever have do my insurance. Do yourself, and your bank account a favor and come work with Parten. You wont be disappointed!
