Back in January, my daughter(17 at that time) was caught up in a scam that was not her fault. We went to this branch, her bank, three different times to close out the account and settle the issue, but we were told the situation was under investigation and to WAIT for any calls or emails to handle the issue. It's now June, and they have racked up charges for us to pay because of the waiting. Their service sucks!!!

I wouldnt open an account with this branch they are sneaky. I came in to open a saving account which I was approved but i stopped b on my way to work Amber helped me but also reported me w suspicious of fraud because i was dressed in ppe for my job. She even watched me setup my direct deposit & said nothing, here I am a week later still waiting for my $$
