The staff was very professional and courteous. Assigned a door right away. Unloaded in a hour.

Check in at guard shack. Don’t get out of your truck. The guard stays in the shack. Give them your 5 digit pu number and drivers license number. They tell you to park and they’ll call you with door. If you’ve ever been to any americold, you’re in their system. If you’ve changed your phone number ask them to verify your number in the system or you’ll never get your call. I arrived at 1250, appointment time was 1330, got door at 1615. Still loading at 1702.

Very professional from the guards to the shipping office. If you have a clean trailer, full tank and your pickup # handy, you’ll be set in no time. Be sure to not arrive too early (I think an hour before is fine) because they do not have overnight parking or any parking for that matter and no street parking. Today was my first time here and I hope to return!
