Absolutely fantastic, I love Dr. Mill he explains everything and is great with children. He has done so much for my grandson he had an extra canine tooth in the front and huge underbite I'm so happy n thankful for Dr

Run! I paid in full for my daughter to have braces, they slapped them on only to tell me months later that she has to have 3 teeth removed(due to her medical condition) we've gone to four different surgeons but they don't feel comfortable doing the surgery. Now I have to have her braces taken off because we can't go into stage 2 of her braces. The office manger assured me that she will call around for a surgeon, and will audit my account because due to me paying in full I'm entitled to some type of reimbursement. It's been a month and I haven't heard from them. When I go to have her braces taken off, the office manger is out. I then, rescheduled the appointment until the next time she is there. Still waiting a a solution.

Best orthodontic experience ever! Dr.Lee is has been amazing throughout this whole process. Since day one, the entire staff has been so sweet and kind. Jessika has always been helpful and given the best customer service! I definitely recommend this McDonough location! 10/10!

The ladies who helped me at the front desk this morning were absolutely amazing. They were patient and assisted with all of my questions. I also had a great experience via phone with Jessica, all of this is in addition to the excellence we have experienced in the back with all of my grand daughters appointments. This place is well kept, and well staffed with super nice people providing the utmost in customer service!
