I hadnt even taken a sit, first thing Mrs Wilson your insurance is inactive. I know this is not true, yet I gave the receptionist all this information and contact number to verify the day before. Obviously this wasnt done as she tells me it has been inactive since 2008 ( oh let me not forget she says effective as in when your policy started( honey I didnt ask for clarification of a word as I probably know definitions of words youve never seen or heard) the audacity I didnt even have this plan in 2008, Lets also be clear as prior to my new career I prior worked as a Insurance (provider in the Medical field for over 20 years) irritated already and havent seen a provider. No apology was given. Will be back after visit
