Excellent customer service! Maria assisted us with everything in the store we needed to find. She was friendly and extremely helpful. The store is also well stocked and organized! I found cute furniture and clothing! Definitely coming back and Maria made it even more pleasurable shopping here.

Mixed Experience at Marshall's - Improvements Needed My recent visit to Marshall's left me with mixed feelings. While the store has a decent selection of clothes, the overall experience was marred by a few issues. Upon entering, I noticed several employees at the front, but only one working the register, resulting in a longer-than-expected wait time to check out. I had to ask the employees standing around to assist us, and only then did they come to the registers. Additionally, I found the shelves in the men's soap aisle to be messy, with soap residue scattered everywhere. Despite these drawbacks, the selection of clothes was satisfactory, although nothing particularly stood out. Overall, Marshall's could improve by ensuring adequate staffing at the registers, maintaining better cleanliness standards throughout the store, and fostering a more attentive customer service approach among its employees.
