Was told to go ahead and bring items for embroidery only to get there and be told to just leave it on the porch. I did not feel comfortable leaving my items on a random porch so I declined and asked when shed be back home but was told another 30 minutes or so. Needless to say I wasted gas driving 25 minutes away from my home just to have to turn around and drive back.
The services received is very unprofessional and I dont know why she told me to go ahead and bring the items if she knew she wouldnt be there. She may do great work but the unprofessional service I received made me look else where.

Hello, Mrs. Johnson. I'm not sure what happened with your situation. And I'm not aware of even talking to you with about any embroidery services. I would have never told any customer to leave anything on my front porch because my shop is on the side of the house and not the front of the house. So if you rang the front bell, you probably wouldn't have gotten a answer. Because that is not my shop. My shop is on the side of the house. There is a green bin at the shop door which I asked customers to leave item in the green bin. If I'm not there. But you have to make an appointment with me. So I can be expecting you cause I do run my shop from my home and if you did not make an appointment with me and you came and I was not aware of it. Then I'm sorry for your inconvenience normally. Customers call me when they have arrived or they have a made an appointment with me, so I can make sure that I am here. Although things do happen and problems may arise because I do also have to go pick up supplies in that kind of stuff. Also, if you made an appointment with me and did not show at the time that you said you a coming Then the right thing to do was to call me and inform me that you were running late. So I can be expecting you when you do come.I always try to accommodate all of my customers, especially when they're driving far to come to me to get embroidery services done. So I'm not sure what happened with your situation. I've always been professional with all of my customers, so I'm not sure where you got the unprofessionalism. From, and I would kindly appreciate if you really would take this review down and call us and we can discuss how we can accommodate you with your embroidery needs.
