      image I always stay at Tru hotels, but this location was a slight disappointment. Compared to other Tru rooms, my room and bathroom could've been cleaner. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful. It helps that it's in a great location as well.

      image For the past 3 years, this has been our go-to stop outside of Atlanta when traveling south. The staff in the past was much more friendly and accommodating to Diamond status members. The food options were better previously as well.
      Our room door was propped open with the lock upon arrival, and the air conditioner was turned off, causing the room to never cool down to our desired temperature.
      Hope to see improvement on our next stay or will take business to another location.
