This is a pretty nice spot and it was really clean upon arrival. Jay checked us in, and he is very customer oriented and personable. My family and I appreciate his willingness to communicate and his compassionate presence. The other staff are just okay, maybe below okay. I'm giving five stars based on my experience with Jay and the cleanliness and amenities provided with the room. The housekeepers that I've ran into are sweet as well. There were a couple of occasions where the front desk would be empty for a while where the lobby was full of people waiting for assistance. Thankfully, someone knew Jay's personal number and called him to come down for assistance, but he was off on this particular day, yet he still came down. There was another front desk male supposedly on duty that day. An older couple actually left because of this wait and they already had reservations. It's such a shame! Also, the Lady with red hair seems to not want to be there, EVER. Always outside or on the phone! Here is some advice to others that may come across her (red hair)and other "people" like her; please continue to be kind to others regardless of how they treat you, which is what I do. Overall, five stars but CS service not so much.
Rooms: Kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and freezer. The stove is has two burners and there is a microwave also. A small seating area is also available, as well as shells and drawers for your clothing , shoes and other necessities.
Safety: It's in a pretty secluded area, yet industrial! I see police presence often which is a good security measure.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any extended stay or any place in my life the staff is beyond rude attitudes for no reason you can't make any type of noise or move around in a room you paid your money for because the older occupants call the front desk about every miniscule thing it felt like being in jail I have small children who didn't understand why they couldn't get up and move around the room every time they did there was a complaint made I was threatened by security about calling the police because of noise complaints twice they came to my room when we weren't even moving around saying they could hear us and we literally were sitting down I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person anyone saying this is a great friendly place is mental or being paid to say so DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!

DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES ABOUT GREAT STAY !!
NO AIR CONDITIONING
EXTREMELY LIMITED PARKING
NO INTERNET ACCESS
SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!
GENERAL MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY !!!!
