I would recommend a 10/10 ! I am a beginner with makeup but I love makeup the MUA Jasmine was AMAZING. Shes beautiful inside and out ! She was super patient with me and actually taught me how to apply the products correctly ! She deserves a raise ! Amazing job Jasmine you are amazing . Thank you

They are always great at the Belk location! The service is on point and they always look fabulous and I always end up spending way too much, but that's OK! Keep doing a great job ladies!

I want to say thank you to the beautiful Queen, Keena, who assisted me today. You were kind, patient and very knowledgeable. You listened to my skin issues and made recommendations based on my concerns/ issues. The sample you provided is a perfect match and I will definitely return to purchase. To be honest, you offering me the sample let me know that your customer being satisfied is priority. You could have easily just sold me the product but this simple gesture has earned you a loyal/ repeat customer. I definitely see why you are a Mac Cosmetics manager. I went yesterday and literally nobody acknowledged me. I waited for somebody to at least acknowledge me but nobody ever spoke or asked if I needed help so I left and took my money elsewhere. I'm not going to beg anybody to take my money.

I needed some makeup, and I went to Belk on Jonesboro Road. When I walked in, it was bright and welcoming. I bought a Michael Kors wallet, jewelry and Mac makeup. I had a wonderful time and a very pleasant shopping experience. Join me tomorrow and you will see how much fun I had and how much money I saved.
