This location is only a fulfillment center. This is not made clear anywhere. So upon arrival you are unsure of what you're getting. This is not a regular store to shop at.

Very helpful staff and really the only place to go for any kind of fastening products. If they don't have it there you can get typically the next day. It pays to use the proper tools and equipment to get a job done. You will not get the same quality at Lowe's or Home Depot as you would at Fastenal. For example, I was trying to drill quarter inch steel one weekend and went through 4 drill bits I bought from Lowe's and still didn't get the hole done. Went to Fastenal on Monday and bought three more bits thinking I would wear those out. Low and behold I drilled all the other holes I needed with the one bit. Just wish they were open on Saturdays as I'm pretty busy throughout the week and can't always get by. They also have a vast resource of products online that you can have shipped to your local store.
