Will NEVER do business here again- no matter how much I like the bed. You would think spending over 10,000 would entitle you to have your other bed picked up but NO obviously that means your old bed has to sit on your porch for two extra weeks while they figure out how to actually be a good business. Poor customer care and will never come here again.

Excellent customer service from Earnie. He was very knowledgeable on their products. He was patient and answered all my questions. Most important, he put no pressure on me to purchase their mattresses and bed. I had a great experience in the McDonough store.

Very professional, knowledgeable about the product and its performance. Was able to address all of my questions&concerns. . Good customer service is hard to find these days,however, I experienced the best and felt confident in my purchase

Earnie was really great. He was friendly, greeted us as soon as we came in, he wasn't overly pushing to make a sale. He went over pretty much everything in detail in reference to each bed. And helped us pick what was right for us.
