I convinced a family member to go try the fish sandwich because it is top tier and delicious. When she received her order after a 10 minute wait, her bread was CHARRED and her fries were COLD. It is unbelievable how a food establishment can boldly serve a customer anything with CHARRED bread. Einsteins this makes the whole thing have a burned taste. Arbys is too expensive for this experience to have happened.
