Patti and her team did an outstanding job helping us purchase our brand new home! We had such a great experience working with her. She went out of her way to make sure we closed on time and have everything set and ready to go at closing so there was no delay in the process. Patti and her team reached out way before anything was due so we had plenty of time to collect all the necessary documents to complete our process and was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. Patti and her team made our dream of homeownership, even in this housing climate, happen in less than 1 month from finding our home to closing. They were very easy to contact and fast to respond to any question we had. They truly made this process so easy I thought it was too good to be true until the keys were in our hands.
