If you need your glasses in December, you better go to visionworks in January, because whatever date of return they give you will be inaccurate. I went in and gave them 3 1/2 weeks before my trip to Mexico. I was told, "oh no problem. You will have them back in 5-7 days". We're now 3 1/2 days into our Mexico trip, and my sunglasses are still not back. I will never ever do business with them again, or definitely make sure to hold them to their word/promise. I wear glasses, and I am now in Mexico and on the beach with sunglasses that are not medicated. Needless to that they're just for style at this point and I can't see a thing that's not right on me. They're merely keeping the sun out of my eyes. But I spent money for a two fold purpose. What a waste of money and time doing business with visionworks.

I had the pleasure of getting an eye exam here on March 28 2024. I always have great service here and we just love April. She is always pleasant and we just love interacting with her. She is our Visionworks daughter . Love you April

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The appointment went well the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable talking to staff. I have been going to vision work for the last two or three years and its been great.
