        If I could rate this 0 stars I would. My baby came out bald with patches and the face and ears werent even clean. Honestly not a grooming job I would stand behind. The manager was nonchalant and offered to fix it after just shaving my dog Im not sure how that can be fixed. There are other places in the area that are much more worth it than here.

        The staff is friendly but I was disappointed with the grooming, I paid for full groom but his face still looked dirty and his tail was still matted. He didnt smell fresh, one ear was cut much smaller than the other. I just dont know what happened he has gone there once before and it was just okay.

        I am picky when it comes to my baby. They did a wonderful job deshedding my FUR baby. Her fur is soft again, nails look great. I'm happy and so is my baby. Staff is awesome of course!!

        I have a tea cup shitzu and they do a great job with him everytime we bring him! Cuts are amazing, he smells so delightful and very friendly
