Incredible service. Excellent work and extremely competent. They were punctual in their arrival and wore masks the whole time they were in my house. Incredibly affordable, pristine and exhaustive. Until they were certain the task was done correctly, they stayed at my house.

When I eventually moved out, I rented my house. On the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, I received a call from my tenant informing me that the water heater was leaking. Using tradespeople I haven't dealt with before always makes me nervous, and this experience was no exception. It was truly my only option. My tenant shouldn't have to live without hot water. In any case, I'm happy that I gave dependable plumbing a call. Ricky responded quickly, arriving at the house and working within an hour. They did an excellent job of explaining the situation, outlining my options, and offering advice. My tenants confirmed that they were delighted with their services when questioned. Without a doubt, I'll use them again.

McDonough Plumbing saved the day for me! My water heater broke while I was alone myself with two ill children. There was a delay in response from my house warranty. Aurello went above and beyond to quickly get me a new water heater. I will always be appreciative of him for coming to my aid when my children and I truly needed it!
