YesiRent Property Management

My property is managed by this company. Ive been trying to get in contact with my PM for a over monthyes a month regarding my property and No one has bothered to call/email me back. I live out of state and now have to travel and take off work just to talk to someone in person about my property. I am now seeking to retake possession of my property due to lack of communication and poor management.

I applied for a home I didnt hear anything back for weeks I kept calling. Even when I tried to go look at the property Ill schedule a time Ill wait for my showing and I wouldnt be able to look at it I even had my mom schedule a time and she still couldnt get in finally I left a vm going into the 4th week then they processed my app after I complained but I still couldnt speak to anyone I dont know why I waited so long but if this isn't fraud its definitely unprofessional. And since they definitely couldnt do theyre part I have to go through hoops to my money back totally not happy .
