Ive been assisting a friend thats buying a home through these guys. The process has been going on for almost a year. Theyve been back and forth with more money, more money, different houses, more check stubs, more bank statements, more money AGAIN, money for different inspections and more money for different appraisals.i think theyre on probably the third or fourth house now. But something always come up. Theyre not doing their homework with the properties before the appraisal and inspections are paid for. The agent waits two week intervals to call and ask for more money or for more paperwork. Then he acts like everythings a rush rush but then waits two weeks again to ask for something else. I told my friend that this was unheard of. He as well as myself have bought several houses before and never went through all of this. I personally think that they provide better customer service/ assistance and attention based on the price of the house youre buying. Ive been telling him to get all of his monies that he can get back and just go with a different real estate company all together. These people are Very unprofessional and MONEY HUSTLERS!!!! Beware of this office!
