April 2021, my 90 year old mother-in-law, hired Keith to remove and replace her roof with shingles. He talked a good game to her and she paid him in full. Issue is the work is so poor that the roof has leaked since his roofer touch it. So much leaking is going on that her ceiling has fallen and floor swelling. He will ignore your phone number, maybe answer a text, but rarely follows through his response. After tons of attempt to contact Keith, he showed up a couple of times, never fixing the issue, just playing with it. His labor warranty means nothing, will not provide the product warranty he told her he was installing. Keith has refused to correctly fix the roof, refund her money or make any retribution at all. He has taken full advantage of her, not caring at all the condition she if having to live in now. Service: Roof installation

I used this business back in August 2021 and a year later, started experiencing the same issues with my roof having a leak and staining the ceiling in a secondary bedroom. Just had someone new come out and advise that the work done a year ago by this company would only suffice for a year before the problem reoccurs and the problem area with the roof should've been taken out and replaced instead of temporarily sealed. The work was done quickly and fairly well. There were 2 minor touch ups that I requested immediately, Keith acknowledged, and promised to address. My insurance company took longer than expected to clear the claim because they challenged the billed amount. I provided Keith access to contact the insurance company to resolve the issue. Rather than communicate with the insurance company to address their concerns to move the claim along, Keith proceeded to harass me. He placed a lien on my house and filed "a warrant for arrest for theft of services and materials". Keith finally returned to the property 40 days after I requested touch ups. Masters Restoration & Roofing was quick to exercise their legal options to recover an outstanding balance, however they never took into consideration the fact that I was well within my own legal right as a customer to withhold payment for expressed dissatisfaction for the quality of work communicated within 48 hours of service, which Masters Restoration & Roofing acknowledged and agreed to correct immediately. I would not recommend ANYONE do business with Masters Restoration & Roofing who boldly THREATENS PROPERTY AND FREEDOM when they have not held up their end of the agreement. I look forward to crossing Masters Restoration & Roofing in court to recover any damages I may incur to address the lien and warrant for arrest as a result of their baseless and inaccurate claims.
