They did me dirty. Hurricane Idalia took down a tree that hit my house and they did a botch job on my roof, no flashing caused a leak in my house and they did a horrible job fixing the ceiling tile that was damaged from it. The DM ghosted me after several attempts I made requesting photos and areas that need to be redone. I was given an ultimatum to take down my bad review from Facebook, then they will work with me. I was also asked by a rep, any more leaks? I said no and was then told then its fixed. Not how it works!

RJS Roofing did a great job putting on my new roof. It looks fantastic! Karson was my contact agent with RJS and I highly recommend him. For him, it isn't just a job, but a way to connect and help people. I had a new roof within 2 weeks: from the initial meeting with Karson to the day my new roof was on. I am very pleased. RJS Roofing was referred to us by a friend and did not disappoint! Charlie Hernandez was my point of contact. He was readily available to answer my questions, handled the entire claims process and kept me informed. We had another roofing company complete an estimate and open a claim last year but they were unable to get it approved. I told this to RJS but they were confident that they could get the claim approved, which they did. Our roof looks amazing! I definitely recommend them!

RJS did our roof a couple of weeks ago and did a great job! We were very impressed with their attention to details and how quickly our roof was finished! Highly recommend RJS Roofing!
