I'm done with Publix in this area. The one in Ola absolutely sucks, I will not go to the one at Lake Dow due to it not being convenient to me. I was looking to purchase some fried catfish for my 88 yo father so I stopped in the Kellytown location. There was none on display at the hot food deli, also there was no one behind the counter. I waited a few minutes for someone to appear. It was a young man. I asked him if they were preparing any catfish, he said they were out. Looking for an alternative I asked him what something specific was under the glass to which he replied "I don't know." I would thing the first role of someone in that department would be to know what it was they are selling, but I suppose store management has a different philosophy. I don't know if it's the management in this area or the people in general who staff these locations, but Publix in this area leaves a lot lacking compared to south Florida locations which I have visited. Why pay more and be subjected to piss poor service? I'll stick with Kroger.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY clean, and Well stocked. The hot food bar are AMAZING! Shopping is really a pleasure here.
