Sam's Club

My experience on Monday, April 1, 2024 was terrible. Me and my husband always shop here for paper goods. This day I decided to buy a pineapple I get home the pineapple had a bad smell like it was spoiled and it was rotten. I was very disappointed I usually take items back but it was late and all they do is brush the issue under the rug. I will NEVER buy anything else but paper products. It was my fault giving them a chance at Sam's club. WE ONLY BUY PAPER PRODUCTS. You all need to check the produce before you put it on them shelves. This company makes too much money Someone is going to get sick from eating bad produce.

Store is getting better, seems better stocked.. Now if they would just restock the Indulge ice cream bars all will be great..

The shelves are always stocked full of great deals and additional discount are applied to the various items. No coupons needed I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 because the checkout line was crazy long and we had to wait 5 minutes to leave the store.

Wonderful customer service experience today, December 3rd, 2023. After applying for tax exempt status, the customer service person explained the process today. This is my fifth time at the McDonough location.

Online pickup is a joke had us sitting in the car for 40 minutes after checking in and providing the pick up number. Didnt even bother bringing it out until we noticed that other cars around had to go inside and pick up orders themselves or telling one of the workers their order numbers. While waiting we had one of the workers hit our car with his cart. I'll go out of my way to drive to costco and bjs from now on.
