Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

I had an absolute terrible experience this past time I went. I left without getting any service done to my vehicle, because of how I was being talked to you, how much I was being charged for an oil change, and the idiocy behind the reasoning of the cost. My 2012 Honda CRV can only hold 4 quarts of oil and I was told that 5 quarts were needed at the cost of $87. I only need 4 quarts and they still wanted to charge me $87. Then they added on the filters, which bumped it up to 100 never in my life have I ever paid $100 for an oil change. I feel as if I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman and they didnt think I knew anything about cars. My dad and my uncle were racecar drivers, my brother worked for Honda and is now a diesel mechanic at UPS, and my grandfather has been taking apart and putting cars back together well before these guys were born. There was no comprehension on their part that using less oil should cost less. I got very irritated and went home with no oil change.

These guys are great. I own multiple vehicles of 15-20 years and they have always fixed any mechanical issue Ive had at a fraction of the cost of OEM dealerships. Id recommend trying them out as a first option or getting a second opinion from them at the very least. The manager Jody is very honest and helpful in explaining what your vehicles issues are. I greatly appreciate that they only recommend what you truly need. Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change
