        Lichty Brothers are a 5 out of 5! This was our 3rd project with them and a complete remodel of our upstairs. Chandler, Bill and Chad were the best. Their communication, orchestration, attention to detail, sequencing and responsiveness was one-of-a-kind and we truly appreciated and valued it. Highly recommend them and the entire team.

        Lichty Brothers did our kitchen, fireplace and flooring remodel and we couldnt be more happy. From start to finish our project was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. The design phase was very detailed and our designer did a great job capturing what we wanted. Our project manager, Chad, was the best communicator. He did a great job keeping the project moving and wouldnt hesitate to do whatever it takes to make sure we were satisfied. Once demo started everything moved fast. We went from an outdated kitchen to no kitchen to a dream kitchen in only 8 weeks. The transformation is unreal. I definitely recommend Lichty to anyone that wants to remodel or make any updates to their home.

        Great experience with Lichty. Had a fair amount of repair to my house plus painting. Chad Kerscher worked with me on the scope snd schedule. They were there on time every time as we had discussed. He kept me informed and discussed the work as things progressed. The carpenters are excellent both in skill and to have working around the house. Painting was equally as good. I highly recommend Chad and Lichty.

        Lichty Building Group did an amazing job in our home. Joey was the superintendent for our project, he was extremely communicative, professional and prompt. The work thats been done is simply stunning, bringing my vision of safe haven to life. Very thankful to have had a contractor and many awesome trades who put countless hours of dedicated work into this project.
