Ordered an Italian mike's way and it was a joke. I was missing 3 out of 5 meets. They put 4 pieces of onions on it and was a sad sandwich. Also food was ordered to go, and they just had it sitting in their station and didn't put it out at all until I finally asked about it

Excellent experience today. Both sandwiches were delicious!!!

Did a online order just to get it home and all my sandwich were made wrong, drove back to the store only to be met with workers wanting to debate with me about how they made my sandwiches correctly (would not have drove ALL the way back to the store if my food was done correctly) then when my sandwiches were getting remade was informed they did not have any more bread so I had to settle for a another bread I asked for my money back i was told by the rude little girl that I could not be refunded my money because it was a online order ( I did it through the jersey mikes app).she acted as if I was lying about my order not being correct and acted like she cared less . She really needs to work on her customer service skills luckily I know how to control myself because she would have heard an ear full. I wont be returning to this particular jersey mikes
