We have used Fitzgerald plumbing back in the 90s. You guys have always been at the top of your game. Chris Loveless was the best! Professional , friendly and courteous. Agree with Ms Hand's negative review. I got a similar response to my recent negative review with promise to help. I deserved a $189.00 refund. Phone tag but the end result has been Nothing!

A few months later I'm having the same issue, if not worse. They didn't do a full job. Just enough to get by, as a result, I'm back to square 1 with the same issues. Would not recommend.

Called for a job, appointment made only for them to turn and leave claiming they didnt have the right equipment. Then they call and say they cant do the job. How unprofessional!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had a large broken pipe by our well. Called Thursday, they were here Friday morning. Even warranted their repair. Technician (Travis) made extra sure hole was covered and very secure. Totally recommend this company.
