I had an emergency, on Good Friday and needed a tire replacement immediately for an out of town trip. When I called, they said come on in. I was pleasantly surprised to get there and everyone was so friendly and my car was ready in under 30 minutes. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the waiting room was extremely clean. This will definitely be my go to for tires in the future.

I have been going to this Goodyear for 14+ years, but only when Edwin it there. He gives the best service, goes out of his way to get what you need, explains all my options and has the best run store in two states. ONLY Edwin does that. He should be the store manager!!!!

This place doesnt fix cars. THEY BREAK THEM. This business, the general manager, Don Harrison, and the front desk worker, Edwin, actually get ZERO stars from me but one is the least theyll allow on Google, so.. Back in May I went to Goodyear to purchase 4 brand new tires and to have my brakes and rotors replaced. This has become a 7 month long ordeal because THEY CANNOT FIX ROTORS. I have taken my car to them SIX times because my car continues to vibrate and feel like its LITERALLY going to fall apart. It WAS NOT like that when I took it to them. It simply needed brake service. It doesnt help that the general manager, Don Harrison, has the worst attitude of anyone Ive ever met in my life. This is not my fault. Do you really think I want to keep driving to you every month to ask you to fix my car, THAT I PAID YOU TO FIX, that you shouldve fixed MONTHS AGO??????? If you want to avoid headaches, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. If they cant fix it this time, I will escalate this and call corporate first thing Monday morning. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE business practice.
