Great facility. Good group of people that work well together, always looking for areas of improvement. Surprisingly large facility. A good place to work.

Company is too cheap. Will not spend a dime more than needed. Refuse to spend when needed and lowball contract Bids that put them in a bind for profits. Always run late on deliveries and schedule Saturday and Sunday work constantly to meet due dates. Building is near empty with bare minimum work force; facility can hold 375 employees but we have 50 to 75 with all of the support working from home. Home is other states, counties, cities, and countries. They've taken webbase meetings way too far until conference rooms might as well be recreation rooms with pool and ping pong tables. Working from home has managers covering 3 and 4 facilities in the US from other countries around the globe. It is the worst work environment I have ever seen and worked in for human interaction and developing a work community. Honeywell work environment is disappointing expecially for a company with a Global footprint and history such as theirs.
