image !!WARNING!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
I could not wait until my lease was up so I could make this review. I stayed here for 3 years and after the first year everything went down heel! Especially this past year! The leasing staff is terrible! Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful!! Shavonne tried to vacate me from my apartment for personal reasons. She didnt like what I said or how I said it. But, she hung up in my face and ignored my requests and emails! I had to get others involved to rectify the situation. The pool on the Hampton side has been closed since 2019. The other pool is almost always closed. The place is a dump! Its always trash! The staff and maintenance ignores all requests, so dont expect them to resolved for months or at all. The community has fallen apart and corporate does not care!! I had to email them several times just to move out! Most stressful move out ever! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR ENERGY!!! There are better communities elsewhere!

I moved into this apt in June from then , the light in the bathroom almost fell on me and never been replaced ever since then , I've had the worse Christmas ever my apt was covered in water which they never cared to fix had I not became a nuisance , but there's still the hole in my wall that they caved in and never fixed .... my apt is super clean but yet I gave roaches everywhere . I called the office because each month there a pest fee ... they never got it sorted out and I had to get my apt sprayed on my own .... the community is very filthy pot holes everywhere I am now living next door to a neighbor who has had their trash outside for almost a week ... that can cause rat and I'd raise hell if I have to deal with rats so canopy Glenn if you're seeing this get y'all filthy trash from your neighbor because I won't be cleaning up after nobody ... long story short don't rent here it's very nasty and over priced for a dump and rude management and a lousy maintenance team

image I appreciate everything you all have done to help me. I know I can be not such nice person sometimes and I work on it every day since I got diagnosed with my auto immune disease. I used to feel sorry for myself but at least I have a plac to live and rsidential staff that supports me.

image I only been here at this apartment less than a week. I moved in on February 9, 2024 and already I have a problem with this company, my first problem is that my dirty clothes is still sitting in my broke washing machine with soap detergent on them since February 9, 2024 and I have called several times on Monday February 12, 2024 and also left messages and no one has returned any of my calls as well as emailed the property manager. Then on Tuesday I went to the leasing office and told them what my problem was as well as giving them my problem list from when I first moved in. I was told that on Tuesday February 13, 2024 that the maintenance man would be there today to come and fix my problems I was told this by Kevin that the maintenance man would be at my apartment to fix my leaking ceiling in my bathroom and my broken washing machine. On Wednesday I went back to the leasing office as I was walking to the office I saw the maintenance man coming out of the leasing office and I ask him do he remember me and he told me that he would come to my apartment after he finish working on an another apartment that was in the same building as mine but of course its still not fix.
The second problem that I have is my bathroom ceiling is leaking and I stay on the third floor, there is a hole in my bathroom ceiling. I was at my bathroom sink on Monday February 12, 2024 and I didnt know that my ceiling was leaking until it started raining down my back and on my face while I was brushing my teeth in the bathroom. I didnt even need to get in the shower because my ceiling was leaking like crazy over me. This was on the day it was raining which was on Monday February 12, 2024.
I have told them several times that my washing machine and that my bathroom ceiling is leaking and they have not done a thing about it as of today February 15, 2024 but yet they have a nerve to email me the total of my rent. As if I am going to pay it on the first. I am going to take my time paying them just like they take their time fixing things in my apartment. I hope they see this because this place is ridiculous they shouldnt even be allow to have an apartment complex.

image It has been 7 months and I am so happy I decided to not move to Canopy Glen. I see so many displeased residents and it is sad, they never returned my Admin fee after contacting the management office several times, the new manager told me I was not getting refunded. After the previous manager had already stated I would be getting refunded.
They are truly dishonest and unprofessional, I hope people start to really take these one star reviews serious. Complexes like this should be out of business, people pay all this money for such poorly taken care of properties, management and maintenance. I will be sure that others know to never move here.
