        If you miss actual in-person customer service and the ability to talk to a human on the phone without going into an endless round of button-pushing, you should check out Regions Bank.

        Update: 10 months later, the bank is even slower. Seriously, cut your losses and close this branch. This bank is so slow it will make you wish they had better wifi. Literally drive through line is always a minimum 25 to 30 minute wait no matter what day or time.
