The Man Cave Store

My husband and I visited several stores yesterday to check out pool tables, and without a doubt, Man Cave is the cream of the crop. Obviously, the quality of pool tables is high there, but what really made the store stand out for us is a certain salesman named Patrick, a delightful young man who delivers customer service with a capital C. He was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. Oh, and very patient. Answered all of our questions with a smile. (And we had a lot.) A store's inventory is certainly important, but having such a well-informed and engaging salesperson is almost as important. When we pull the trigger and buy our table, it will definitely be from the Man Cave. Thanks to Patrick.

Great prices on a great pool table - Patrick was very patient and knowledgeable while helping us make the correct choice, including calling the factory several times - was a pleasure dealing with this store!

Patrick was very helpful and friendly. I'm a pinball purist, but he convinced my husband and me to try the virtual pinball game. I was sold! It was a great, fun purchase experience. Thanks, Patrick!

So far it has been a wonderful experience. Theater chairs are very comfortable and ordered. The pool table is an excellent piece of furniture that fits well in the space. Had a slight problem with the legs, but Patrick jumped on it and reordered the legs.

We could not be more happy with our beautiful new pool table. Customer service was amazing! Patrick and the rest of the staff were so easy to work with, knowledgeable, helpful and made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be using them for any future needs in the future and highly recommend.
