My experience was terrible. I orginally requested a suv and when I arrived I was offered a mini van. After sometimes spent at the office, eventually, they gave me a truck during the inspection it was approved, and I left, but noticed that there was a crack in the window from the top of the window all the way back to the bottom, I returned the truck to let them know it was inspected and it was approved for me to use it so I left I did not use the vehicle on the highway till the following day when I noticed that the truck started shaking. Once you were driving it over 50 to 60 miles an hour I contacted the office to inform them and they said they would get me into another car in about an hour and a half and they would contact me however, they never contacted me , then driving The truck I was stopped because there was no stoplight in the back. I called enterprise my second time to let them know I have yet to hear from anybody to give me another vehicle, and I would like to come in to get another car. I explained to them that I have been waiting for somebody to contact me back after, four days of waiting to be told the only thing they can give me again is a minivan I express my disappointment because it was the second time I was informed that I would be contacted when another SUV was available and had yet to hear from them, knowing that the vehicle they gave me was not safe to be driving because the truck would vibrate and shake it after you drove it 55 to 60 mph now Im stopped because the backlight is not working. When I informed the lady that I would not accept a minivan and that they had ample enough time to find me an SUV she had attitude with me, I told her to please contact me to let me know they found a vehicle for me and that I would be heading to the office around 3 oclock to pick up my new vehicle. No one ever contacted me to let me know that they found me another vehicle. However, I chose to contact them at 3 oclock to tell me that I can go ahead and come in and they had a vehicle for me. However, no one ever contacted me to let me know this I had to take the initiative and call them to make sure they had a vehicle before I headed to .
