Terrible customer service, I went to ask about the promotion of a Motorola edge plus 2023 phone and the lady came out all bitter and arrogant, saying that there was no promotion available for users of other companies like Tmobile, unfortunately I do not recommend this place, I thought They were better but they are the worst service there can be and I would like the manager to see this comment so he can see the type of staff he has in that store, I left disappointed because the truth is I wanted to switch to Boost mobile because they had told me that There were many promotions for customers there but it is false, I say it that way because that is how they treated me and my friend.

Worst experience ever had. The lady is the most rude lady I have ever seen. She was trying to charge $35 for add a line while the regular fee is $15. This store is literally robbing people .
