        Very bad customer service, they are lazy and arrogant, plus that company is useless and it gets more and more expensive, for that reason I better switched to Boost Mobile, very bad customer service and never, also there are no promotions for customers.

        Terrible service, there are two people right now and I think they are inappropriate to serve in a company as such, they should be given customer service training so that they can serve customers in a good way, who in themselves are the customers who have the job

        The manager, Ana is absolutely horrible! When i came In she was asleep at the desk. Later on during my transaction i witnessed her speaking horribly to one of her employees and it made me very uncomfortable! There is a metro in the plaza with dunkin that has better service!

        Worst metro i been at denied connecting my phone while I had talked to a representative before. And wasnt giving me the family plan, and sale me a SIM card
