Gave them multiple chances to get a delivery order right and not even once. This last time so much was wrong we had to get dinner from somewhere else. The store is unreachable by phone and the app doesnt process refunds. If youre going to take your chances, go in store to make sure your order is right.

It's definitely one of the slowest food chain in terms of making your food in this area. Went in and ordered and waiting for almost 30 minutes when there were no other customers. Overall don't wait this long for something so mid.

The quality of wings has most definitely degraded or this specific location just ain't doing it right. I'm not sure if the wings are frozen or not either but I can definitely taste a difference. I'd rather just cut my own whole wings and add my own LP seasoning. Whoever works the night shift has no passion or drive for making food. Not sure if they get paid well or have the energy but my wings weren't it. I had to add my own lemon pepper seasoning. The fries were no better. Get new staff or shut this place down. The wings I received last night were the DEFINITION of sadness.
