With repeated weekly treatments my chronic narrowed cervical discs have opened up more with less pain, more energy, & no prescription meds! My shoulders were crooked from being so out of alignment. My posture is better. Previous Chiro care of 10 yrs. was a waste with no real improvement. I think the key take away is frequent adjustments for my issues.
