USA Daycare Academy

I love this place! My baby arrives happy at his little school (as he tells him)! He comes and goes with a smile and I think that speaks volumes about the care they give him. , more than anything else! I always recommend it to my acquaintances! Besides, most of the teachers also speak Spanish and that gives it much more value, there is nothing like being able to communicate in your language.

To say that we are happy with this daycare is an understatement. My daughter has been enrolled for almost a year now and she loves it! Shes always so happy when we drop her off which gives me peace of mind. Theres even times when she doesnt want to come home. You can clearly tell that the caregivers teach, love, and care for her. Im always recommending this location. Even though this facility is a long drive for me, I wouldnt consider moving her to another location thats how happy we are with them. Thank you for everything you do for Ellie. She loves you guys

The goods: good hours, good rates, provided meals. Need improvements: shades for playground (it s hot outside), kids should not standing in the sun for too long for whatever reasons (take takers should pay close attention to this), put a hat on for kids when go outside to play when whose parent provided one (do not neglect this ever). Control aggressive kids.

I used to work here about 3 years ago  . Also brought my two little girls to this daycare thinking they were in good hands well oh my was I completely wrong . Not sure if Ms Tina still works there but she was the worse I will never forget the incident that had occurred with a child his name was Benjamin and I guess he had add or something similar to that but she took him to a blind spot in the daycare near the exit towards the playground . The little boy was crying and she was telling him to shut up and next thing you know he was on the floor . She and Ms Monica gave  a lot of privilege their kids and I mean their kids . I will never forget my baby girl was about to get a diaper change and the caretaker I guessed she didn't care cause she was about to lay her down her leg had hit the side of the diaper changer table and I confronted the front desk about that and they just shrugged it off I was watching the cameras they have in the front . Also another thing my other daughter was left sleeping all alone no supervision in the room with the lights off . I confronted her teacher and  the teacher said she didn't want to wake up . So they went outside to celebrate another child's birthday . I saw this with my own eyes because I was working in the other classroom next to hers and I saw she was waking up and sat up . Also there is only one teacher there that is certified to teach btw oh wow I can go on . ***I mean 3 years ago ***

I visited this location on 5/19/22 in hopes of touring for possible childcare for my daughter. The website said no appointments were necessary so long as you came between 8am-12pm. We arrived at 11am, just to be told we could not tour because the owner or manager was out with their own sick child. I definitely understand that these things happen, but also not sure why only one person can do a tour. I then asked for a price list and was given one. I was also asked for my name and number so the owner could call me about setting up another visit. Once in my car, my sister who accompanied mentioned seeing a sign in the lobby that said they have a 10hr maximum from when you drop off your child to when you have to pick them up. This was not put on the price list sheet so I found that very misleading. I chose this daycare because of its hours of operations, but not realize it will not work due to this maximum hours thing. Being right outside of Metro ATL, traffic is really bad in that area so its always traffic trying to get over there. Not to mention, I had spoken with this daycare via social media over 2xs in the last 2 months and still no one mentioned the hours cap. You need to be more transparent on pricing with the fine details and not just have one sign in the lobby. Also, no one called me about a tour or even apologized for the inconvenience. Waste of my time.
