    Very bad service. I do not recommend this place. They gave me a deep cleaning for 850 dollars. I couldn't go to the next 4-month cleaning and when I went for a full cleaning at 7 months, they wanted me to pay 850 dollars again. It's just a waste of money.

    I have to completely change my review because they are saying Im trying to defame them when Im not. I made a plan with this office to get 5 fill ins and 1 crown & 2 different cleanings. I stressed to them that I could not afford this no matter how good the deal was & I wanted to remove most of the fill ins to make the bill cheaper in any kind of way but they urged me to not remove anything from the bill & whenever we asked to at-least remove one or two It seemed like they didnt want to. I agreed knowing I couldnt really afford it but feeling like I had no other choice because theyre the only dentist that I knew of that accepts my insurance. During one of my visits, I was secretly TOLD by someone that a couple of the fill ins were not urgent and couldve waited a little longer & that the tooth that was going to be shaven down for a crown couldve potentially been preserved with a large filling instead. Either way, I went through with the procedure because I had already agreed to the plan. Its upsetting because I really couldnt afford this due to personal hardships but they didnt seem to really care, I know I wasnt forced to agree to anything but I felt like I had no other choice & it seemed like they didnt want to help more than offer a great discount price for what I needed. Even if my fill ins were urgent, I feel like them not allowing me to remove them due to financial reasons is kind of shady. I wonder if they call everyone who leaves a bad review with the kind of attitude and aggressiveness I received today. Just to be clear, I didnt go to any other dentist office for a second opinion. I received an opinion from someone during one of my visits for the treatment. I didnt ask for an opinion, I was given an opinion about my treatment. Whether the opinion was true or not is beyond me. Nice staff though expect for the person whos been handling my case.

    Bad experience in this place. I do not recommend it . Disorder with the values they charge. Little transparency. If you don't ask for the payment receipt, they won't give it to you. They try to take most of the advance money from you. Look for another option. I do not recommend it .

    This is my first time here. Every woman I've spoken with has been so sweet and kind. They didn't make me feel bad about the way my teeth look. They are very thorough and kind and they are going to help me get the smile I had before back. I highly recommend coming here. Even the gentleman Santiago that scheduled my appointment was very kind and thorough and helped me find out that my insurance would work, he let me know my deductible so there was no surprise fee. He answered all my questions, he was very patient with me. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness, kindness, and compassion they show here.
