I intended to take matters into my own hands by calling 5 star electric, after my landlord was being stubborn on hiring an electrician to fix a faulty outlet. They were ready to come out same day to resolve the issue. Even after I notified them that my landlord did infact have an electrician coming and I no longer required their services, these guys were very pleasant and professional! If I have any electrical needs in the future I will be sure to call them again!

Called Bernardo on Monday for a Wednesday afternoon appointment. Wednesday dinner time comes around and I have to call Bernardo to find out my appointment was never scheduled (I had been rushing around all day to make sure I was home.) He offered to send his brother first thing next morning. He comes and fixes a single outlet. Part my fault, part his but I was never told a price before the fix was made and was shocked to hear what a single outlet cost. The fix was already done so I paid. They left burnt copper fire and screws from the old receptacle on my carpet. I wont be using them again.
