Very bad service, they never answer calls from their office, they don't help you at all, I'm waiting for my w-2 form that they didn't send me and I call them to help me and they don't answer, I don't recommend them

Decided to go to them after seeking a new job for a few months. So glad I did! Soli was outstanding and had opportunities on the same day I applied, including a direct hire opportunity! I got the Job i wanted with a great company in Norcross! Thanks to Asa and Soli B and all the ladies in the office!!!

This is my last time going to Any ResourceMFG office. My recruiter explained that phones were an issue at the site I worked at. I told her that I needed to keep it on my person due to sickness in the family but wouldn't need to be on it especially if I needed ear protection. (No music)The office manager asked me about the issue personally and she told me she would call the site and my recruiter would get with me to let me know if they were going to be okay with that or not. Not only did she not call that day or the day of, but when I called before I went to the job site the young woman who answered sent me to the wrong area within the job site itself. Now for context, I worked at the wrong site for 3 days and I was awakened out of my sleep the next Monday by the office manager telling me not to go back to that entire job site because I went to the wrong site and that I did not have an assignment. Now I refuse to believe this much miscommunication in an office where you're all sitting in front of each other including the office manager. And for the office manager to tell me that I was supposed to call them and make sure that it was OK for me to go first and then admit that they sent me to the wrong job site while denying I called them to ask where to go is a headache. And then tell me that it would be a waste of gas to send me somewhere if I didn't know if it was okay for me to be there or not. When it is a waste of gas that I cannot communication through a phone and I have to drive to your office because your office has a of the lack of communication and clear competence. I thought that Hire Dynamics was your biggest competitor but have learned from Hire Dynamics recruiters that you both including Prologistix are sister companies of Comdata. It's sad that I thought that your sister company was your competitor because of the difference in customer service between not only the people seeking employment but the people who are seeking workers. ResourceMFG/Prologistix sucks Hire Dynamics has all the awards I saw them myself.
