Eye Consultants of Atlanta Office is very organized, systematic and efficient. There is hardly any waiting after walking in the Office. Moreover, Dr. Wong. is excellent in performing surgery on eyes. She performed surgery on my retina as my vision was fading and now my vision is 20-20, thanks Dr. Wong.

I have been a patient with eye consultants for a few years now. In regard to my recent glaucoma check up, I phoned several weeks previous to the appointment to ask that refraction refraction be added to the appointment the receptionist told me she would do so. I have been having some eye trouble in the last few months. When I arrived for the appointment the receptionist confirmed refraction and glaucoma check. I note that aside from the doctor and the receptionist that the staff at this location peachtree corners tends to change quite often. Another new staffer took me back for my first part of the appointment. At the time I really iterated my need for refraction. She asked me what was the last time my prescription was updated. I replied Is that information available on the screen in front of you? She took a car cursory look and replied that it was November 2020. Then she remarked "it might be time for an update" and proceeded to do nothing. I was moved back to the waiting room for the next phase of the glaucoma check. Well the next technician brought me that for a fields testing, I will remarked again that I needed a refraction. Once again I was ignored. Then back into the waiting room before finally seeing the doctor for the glaucoma check and that was the end of it. Upon exiting, the receptionist pointed out that she cant charge for a refraction because it appears that it wasnt done and that was my thought as well. I am still having vision trouble including some instances of double vision and ghost images but I feel like the staff at eye consultants is not going to be of any help. Please call me.

Irreverent Team of Reina Specilist. Be careful whom you sign up for as your retina specialist. Dr. Whitted is okay but he does not take his patient's conditions seriously and speeds through his appointments. I asked to transfer to Dr. Frank or Dr. Wong and they both refused to assist patients who have been seen by other doctors. Eye Consultants of Atlanta doctors will refer you to Emory Eye Clinic. According to Sherri Davis " The doctor just want you to go to Emory because they might know more than the doctors here." Clearly, not all doctors are of the same quality, but at least they know it!
