    Im going to start out with a 3 star Review for now and see what happens with my Truck. I bought my truck used and got this coverage the day I bought it. 5 months later the transmission started acting weird so I took it in and sure enough the Dealer said it needs a new transmission. Its been 3 business days and still havent gotten an answer on an approval. I need my truck back! Im scare and stressed now after reading these other Reviews I wont be able to afford to pay for the new transmission out of pocket. I really hope I didnt waste my money on this coverage.     If you're considering buying their mechanical breakdown insurance, you may want to think twice. I have a 2018 Honda Civic. In February, I transferred my mechanical breakdown insurance to Member Care since their prices were lower than the one I had from Honda. Fast forward to April, my AC stopped working and I took it to Honda to get it checked out. They found out that the compressor was leaking and called Member Care for approval. However, it took them a week to send an inspection guy to check out the issue, and I had to follow up with them every day. To make matters worse, on the seventh day, I was informed that my claim was declined because the compressor issue looked like a long-term failure that existed before I purchased their insurance. It's absurd because they didn't even check my car when I bought their insurance. This means that anything that happens to the car can be claimed as a long-term failure, and the customer is left to pay for the bill themselves. Overall, I think their efficiency is lacking, and I would advise you to save your money for car repairs and stay away from this company.

    Biggest joke Ive ever seen/experienced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Paid good money for this warranty just to get told they were not going to fix it. The car is needing transmission work and they are asking for proof I had the transmission flushed prior to the issues. Its been 3 months now going back and forth. Needless to say Im canceling the warranty because its a joke.
