I absolutely love these guys! The whole experience from start to finish was just an amazing experience for us. What this program offers you in regards to getting your home prepared in order to be sold on todays market is mind blowing. The fact that we got an extra 30 thousand in profit after doing this program from the sale of our home is such an awesome win win win situation for us as the home owner and this company and most importantly for the buyer of our home because the house is newly renovated when they purchase the home. I would recommend these guy 100% to anyone that is looking get more dollar for the sale of their home but are held back by not having the money to invest in the repairs needed or for some simple upgrades to the home before they could get top dollar for it with todays real estate markets. This program is an excellent tool to use to help bridge that gap!

It gave the sellers the ability to make needed improvements to their homes they would not have been able to do otherwise. As A result of the improvements the home sold easier, faster and the sellers recognized substantially more profit. The work performed by the Equimaxit contactors has been excellent on all my projects. It is quality work that is done right. This is a great program for both realtors and homeowners.
