We contracted with JA Worldwide design also known as Floors by Johnny to rip out and install new carpet. The vendor came on site to perform what should have been a professional and complete quote. We agreed upon a price, gave the 50% deposit and they began their work. As the project went on, not only did they do $3,000 in damage to my walls being careless with their tools, which they claim fell “within the standard touch up of installation” and were therefore not responsible for, they had the audacity to bill us claiming an extra $3,221.60 for additional labor and carpet staples. Interacting with the owner to resolve the extra billing it became apparent that they conduct business in this manner, incomplete cheap quotes to get the work and massive bills afterwards, then threaten a property lien if you don’t pay them. What a joke working with them. Will never use them again. Buyer beware they will scam you at every corner.

From start to finish, this company offers excellent service and wonderful prices. We used them for our own home and we recommend them to all of our clients who are looking for carpet or hardwoods!

This team had the best price on hardwood floors hands down!!!. They came in and did a GREAT job and were quick and efficient. The end Job was VANTASTIC!!!! Would recommend them to anyone!!!!
