Zanshin Fitness -CrossFit Affiliate

Dropped in to record the 2024 Open workouts. Facility is clean, well-organized, and tons of great equipment. People were very welcoming and supportive even though I was obviously the new guy there. Pete, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and has a ton of experience competing and coaching at a high level in the CrossFit world. I will definitely be going back to CrossFit Zanshin for future workouts!

I dropped into an open gym time at Zanshin while visiting the area for work. Pete was awesome and got me set up before even coming in. The gym was clean and had all of the equipment I needed. The class beforehand looked awesome with a tough WOD and fun community feel. Will definitely come back!

Dropped in for a workout and Pete was very welcoming! The facility is clean. Workout included great direction from the coach. Highly recommend!

Great experience. The workouts are very demanding and cover a wide range of timeslots, so they're great for people who don't have a lot of time. Pete and staff are knowledgeable and attentive to each student and do not push beyond what's appropriate for your skill level. Literally an order of magnitude more effective than joining a gym and going by yourself.
