I came here originally for an ombr last month, the color I asked for I did not receive she said it was because she had a lot to work with so I would have to come back another time to achieve what I am looking for, okay fine. What really bothered me was that she was going to let me leave with wet hair and no style. When I asked her to style my hair she said that was not included in the service. That should have been a red flag then, however after letting her know Ive never left with wet hair she hastily dried it which just left me with a frizzy mess and I was on my way. Fast forward to today- I came in for a blow dry and style, I wanted beach waves I was told that is not included in the blow dry price and it would $15 dollars extra. Ive never encountered the problems Ive encountered here at another salon.

I had been going to Van Michael Salon years ago and was very happy with my stylist. However, due to life events, then COVID, I just let my hair just grow out. I was finally able to get a great haircut again, but my old stylist now works the same hours that I do. So, I took a chance with Courtney. I am so glad that I did! My husband loves my new hairdo, and I am able to replicate it myself at home. Thank you so much, Courtney, for a great haircut. See you again soon!
