Loved everything about this hotel. The service was great, rooms were very clean and the management obviously took extra measures to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. A lot of free breakfast hotels do the bare minimum and that was not the case here. Breakfast had a good variety and good quality food too.

Stayed here last week with my mother, children and our pup. The lobby is beautiful, the room was clean, bathroom was nice it came with soap and lotion dispensers but did not have a bath plug. The fridge in the room was not very useful it was not cold. We used the swimming pool temperature was fine, towels provided but there were sugar ants everywhere. Game room was fun for my kids but one game machine was broken. Maids and hotel staff are really nice. The free breakfast was doable used the waffle machine mainly. We had 1 hiccup with the hotel general manager as it is a pet-friendly hotel on are first night we received a call while out to dinner that are dog was barking a ton, we hurried back to the room and apologized to the staff and we did not leave him unattended again. My mother got a call again from the GM to come down to the lobby the following morning to discuss the circumstance while overhearing the conversation she was very rude, unprofessional. We did not have any more issues the rest of are stay. On are last day staying here the general manager was really nice when we were leaving the lobby kinda confusing. Location is great next to stone mountian 3/5 stars.
