    Had to leave early midnight and change hotels.... wayy too many cockroaches roaming around, which makes sense it being my first 2 star hotel ever to attend... but That many cockroaches?? Along eith the staff not dealing with them as I requested and they said they would... my last 2 star hotel. I expected but didn't expect it..

    Please don't recommend this studio for stay. I was unable to reach on time to location and when I ask him about this to agent she told me you will not get charged but I can see they charged me unnecessary for one night. I called back to them but they are not understanding and keep staying on earlier commitment. Very bad experience !!! Rooms: Rooms are not clean Safety: Not safety

    Never been disrespectful so bad by anybody not alone the staff that works here. I missed a payment due to me being at work and not getting paid till the next day I call to explain my situation to them asking to see if they can do anything the management of the hotel told me over the phone it's not her fault I missed a payment ! Their customer service is so rude and so disrespectful it's unbelievable. If there was zero Stars I wouldn't give them any. The manager the black lady and the people she has working for her needs to be fired immediately. After moving out of the hotel I noticed some of my security equipment was stolen. I had a problem with the security guard their the lady is mad rude and mad disrespectful as she yells screams and demands people to do things and a very disrespectful manner she is definitely a thief I encourage everyone to do not waste your money at this place. It also has roaches.
