        In the photo with this review is a bed bug on the bed and the hotel refused to move me to a different room because I apparently brought the bed bug in so I would not ever stay here ever again because they have bed bugs in the room and they refuse to do anything about it

        SCAMMERS AND SUPPPPPPER FILTHY!!!!!! Booked this hotel online and didnt realize we accidentally booked for one person for two nights. The price difference was only $10. Rather than edit the reservation or pay the difference the front desk person charged $15/night for a second person. When we asked for a print off of their policy stating this he handed us a paper and said it was on there. Ive added that to these pictures because as ANYONE can see there are a number of things that there are fees for but NOT that. In fact it explicitly says a king size room would have a max of 2 people. Which is how many we were. Told us we couldnt get a refund if we DIDNT stay and we could ONLY stay if we paid the additional $30 which they refused to give a receipt for. In addition to this, the hot water has been off for what they are telling me was about 4-5 days and has been off for the duration of our stay. The room was dirty with bugs and filth on the bed. A Hilton hotel wouldnt even charge $15/night EXTRA if the hot water isnt working and the rooms are dirty! These people were rude and irrational and scammed us! We had to go through corporate for a refund. Do NOT stay here! Stay at MOTEL 6 RIGHT up the street! Much better than this place! Dont waste your money on a filthy facility with drama and disturbances outside, rude staff, dirty rooms, and unwarranted, miscellaneous fees.
